Free worldwide delivery on orders over 1,900.00 €.

Delivery is estimated within 5-10 working days in Europe with a flat rate charge of 25€.

For the rest of the world the expected delivery is 12 - 14 working days (depending on custom delay) with a flat rate of 50€.

Free shipping announced, it does not mean there are no costs on our side. Therefore in case of return of the piece the transport for delivery of the piece will be deducted from reimbursement at the standard shipping rate depending on destination (25€ for Europe – 50€ for rest of the world).

You will be notified via email when your order will be dispatched with tracking information for your package. For reasons of security, Items purchased on the E-shop will be delivered in plain packaging to the address linked to the credit card, and the signature of an adult aged 18 years above will be required upon delivery. Please note all items must be signed for. Please ensure that you are able to sign for the package at the delivery address provided when placing your order.

Orders are shipped Tuesday to Friday, except on public and national holidays. The merchandise must be delivered in the presence of a person who is legally of age, the delivery person handing the recipient the parcel receipt and asking him to sign it. Two (2) attempts will be made to deliver the goods per shipment. Should the parcel be refused, or after (2) attempts to deliver it, the parcel will be returned to Alkemeya. If there is no-one available to take receipt of the parcel, an advice note saying that an attempt had been made to deliver it will be left in the recipient’s letter box. The Client can then contact the shipping company to reschedule delivery. When the goods are delivered, you should check that the articles are in order and indicate any reserves you may have in writing, on the delivery note if possible. Please then sign it and note any anomalies observed (parcel opened, damaged, Item damaged, missing etc). You should then contact the customer consultants by email : care@alkemeya.com

If the articles do not comply with your order or if they are not to your satisfaction, you may return them and ask for an exchange or for a refund within the conditions described here below.

Delivery times depend on the items ordered and on the country in which the order was placed . You will be advised of the delivery time when you place the order. The delay of the delivery is less than 15 days. Alkemeya cannot be responsible for unforeseeable delays in delivery.

Payments

PRICE & PAYMENT

The price of the items is shown on the website in euros (€) and is deemed to include VAT (but no delivery charges). The final cost of your order will include the delivery charges.

Alkemeya reserves the right to change the price of products offered on the e-shop at any time and without prior notice. Items are invoiced at the tariffs shown on the E-shop on the date your order is confirmed, subject to the availability of the items ordered at that precise time. Alkemeya checks to ensure that all prices shown on the E-shop are accurate. Should an error in the price of an article occur, Alkemeya will give the client the option of reconfirming the purchase of the item at the correct price or of cancelling the order. If Alkemeya is unable to contact the client, the order will be considered cancelled.

Payment for your order is made before the delivery of the product and can be done with one of the following payment methods:

1. Deposit in a Bank Account

You can pay for the order by depositing in a bank account.

When making the deposit, the customer must deposit the entire sale price and other agreements, adding their full name and electronic order number ( listed in the confirmation e-mail) to the justification for the deposit.

The customer is solely responsible for correctly recording the account number and Alkemeya bears no responsibility in the event of an error.

The deposit must be made within 5 days of receiving a confirmation email, otherwise it is automatically canceled.
