The price of the items is shown on the website in euros (€) and is deemed to include VAT (but no delivery charges). The final cost of your order will include the delivery charges.

Atelierdaline reserves the right to change the price of products offered on the e-shop at any time and without prior notice. Items are invoiced at the tariffs shown on the E-shop on the date your order is confirmed, subject to the availability of the items ordered at that precise time. Alkemeya checks to ensure that all prices shown on the E-shop are accurate. Should an error in the price of an article occur, Alkemeya will give the client the option of reconfirming the purchase of the item at the correct price or of cancelling the order. If Alkemeya is unable to contact the client, the order will be considered cancelled.

Payment for your order is made before the delivery of the product and can be done with one of the following payment methods:

When making the deposit, the customer must deposit the entire sale price and other agreements, adding their full name and electronic order number ( listed in the confirmation e-mail) to the justification for the deposit.

The customer is solely responsible for correctly recording the account number and Alkemeya bears no responsibility in the event of an error.

The deposit must be made within 5 days of receiving a confirmation email, otherwise it is automatically canceled.
