Metamorphoses of the Feminine

Metamorphoses of the Feminine explores the female form as a vessel of transformation — both fragile and unyielding, sensual and sacred. Each sculpture is a meditation on womanhood: on how the body holds memory, beauty, silence, and resistance.

The black figure, powerful and grounded, evokes an archetype of strength and endurance, her gaze inward, adorned with a crimson bloom — a symbol of life force and renewal. In contrast, the blue seated figure — crowned with a delicate butterfly — represents metamorphosis, the soul’s capacity to evolve and transcend constraint. The butterfly rests as both ornament and omen, whispering of freedom, of the eternal cycle between stillness and becoming.

Through clay and fire, these forms reclaim the body as sacred terrain, honoring woman not as object, but as origin — the source of transformation itself.

All products are handmade in our ateleir in Athens. Variations in size, color, or shape are not considered flaws, but rather distinctive features and proof of a truly handcrafted product. We recommend washing them by hand to help preserve their beauty.
